Tony's Designs sells custom apparel, ready-to-print transfers, and other printed products. Product availability, pricing, and turnaround times may change. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2. Custom Designs

Customers submitting artwork confirm they have permission to use the images, logos, text, and other materials provided. Tony's Designs reserves the right to decline designs that may violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers, including PayPal. Orders must be paid before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

4. Production Times

Estimated production times vary depending on the product type and order volume. Estimates are not guarantees and may change due to material availability, production requirements, or other delays.

5. Shipping and Local Pickup

Customers may select available shipping or local pickup options during checkout. Shipping times are estimates and may depend on the carrier. Local pickup instructions will be provided when an order is ready.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because many products are produced specifically for each customer, sales are generally final. Tony's Designs does not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or customer ordering mistakes.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.

7. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizes, colors, quantities, shipping details, spelling, and customization requests before submitting an order.

8. Intellectual Property

Product images, website content, original designs, and other materials belonging to Tony's Designs may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without permission, except as permitted by law.
